The brief
This town house, built in the mid 1800s on one of Bath’s popular Georgian streets, had been used as rental accommodation and was in a run-down, dilapidated state. The owners wished to transform it into a family home, which involved extensive structural work throughout its four floors. Previously divided into six separate bedsits, we converted several rooms, including creating a new kitchen, and carried out conservation work, restoring original features and transforming the property into a comfortable home.
