The brief
This stunning residential property, situated on the edge of Bath, is a listed building, dating back to around 1800. When new owners took on the house they commissioned us to carry out an extensive refurbishment including a range of structural repairs and alterations along with new plumbing, heating and rewiring throughout. In order to complete the work we acquired listed building consent and consulted with a structural engineer on the design of repairs to the façade. We provided bespoke joinery work in our studio and saw the project through to final decoration, helping to preserve the property’s period details while making it comfortable for modern living.
