The brief
This late 19th century property is situated in Combe Down, a village on the southern edge of Bath predominently built of the distinctive Bath stone. We were asked to expand the living area with the addition of a second-storey to an exisiting single-storey side extension and a new oak staricase, installed in a new location within the property. Our work also included an extensive refurbishment throughout.
