This project was completed in three phases. For these works we were provided with basic architectural drawings which were then detailed by us and altered and adapted in conjunction with the clients.

Phase 1 included creating a wet room at the front of the house between the two main bedrooms. This was achieved using materials such as Travertine Stone, sandblasted glass sliding doors and teak slated shower base to give a stunning effect.

Phase 2 was the re design of the main 1st floor hallway, the floors were structurally strengthened, walls were also moved and redesigned incorporating concealed storage and new doors. A luxury bathroom was also fitted during this stage.

The final and largest job was to almost re-build the rear of the farmhouse to create an entertainment room. The entire roof was replaced and a rigid steel beam fitted to enable the ceiling to be an uninterrupted pitch, lime mortar was again used to rebuild the rubble stone walls. New openings were formed and oak frames fitted. On the ground floor we supplied and fitted three glazed oak door panels, opening fully onto the new raised patio area.

During all three phases, the electrics and plumbing were adapted and extended by our fully qualified trades people.

As with all of our projects, and all work was certified by our registered trades and the relevant Local Authorities Agencies.
